What did the jobs cost?
Half of the 24 jobs cost less than $250. Nineteen were below $500, and three reached $1,000 or more. The median was $251.50; the average was $447.76.

What was already in place?
These five jobs show different scopes, including the largest total in the sample.

The $139.90 TV job reused the wall mount and cable routes. The customer supplied the 75-inch screen. The work included fitting it and reconnecting the gear already there. It did not include new cables in the wall or changes to the power supply.
The final price also included discounts on a $170 labor charge. It is one past swap, not a starting price for every large TV. For TV mounting, tell us whether the bracket is already on the wall and which cables need work.
How did access change the repair plan?
The $565 job repaired a wall crack and painted a separate small ceiling spot. Both areas could be reached with a small step ladder.
The $1,446 project repaired drywall high up in a stairwell and living area. The work included covering furniture, matching texture and painting the repairs. It also included paint on an air-return grille.
Those are different repair lists, so their price gap does not isolate the cost of height. But they show why a wide photo helps. For a drywall repair, show the floor below the damage as well as the damaged surface.
What did the largest paint job include?
The $2,475 job involved masking the perimeter and spraying a ceiling deck and exposed HVAC surfaces black. Labor was $1,925, with $550 in materials.
