Completed projects
We replaced worn drop ceiling tiles in the office. We also changed old bulbs and light fixtures. The new panels sit flat, and each work area has even light.
We removed the old attic ladder and fit a new one in the same opening. We secured the frame, then painted the trim and ceiling.
The back of the sink cabinet had water damage. We put in a basic drywall panel, mounted the owner-supplied filter, drilled the granite for its faucet, and tied it to the cold-water line. We checked the new lines for leaks.
We took the old hose reel off the brick wall. We put up the new reel with brick screws, hooked up the hose, and checked that it worked.
We secured a tall upper cabinet back to the wall. The cabinet now sits tight, with the top trim back in place.
The lower garage door trim had rotted near the concrete. We cut out the damaged section and fitted new wood at the base.
Repaired the entry door trim and replaced worn sealing material along the jamb. Adjusted the door hardware and tested the closing fit at the finished opening.
The old curbside mailbox and post were down. We set a new post and put up a new mailbox. The new unit stands straight and level.
Repaired and reset the gate post, then realigned the metal gate. Checked the hinges and latch so the gate could swing and close correctly.
We patched and painted a damaged wall. We fixed the floor of the sink base and put in a toilet. We also added a new seal around the back door.
