Toilet Seat & Bidet Installation

Repaired loosened garage ceiling drywall seams by installing wood backing, re-screwing panels into framing, and taping and bedding seams with setting-type compound for a solid, lasting repair.
Sealed visible gaps where exterior siding meets the foundation by cleaning out debris and applying exterior-rated expanding spray foam to fill cracks and holes, then trimming excess for a neat finish.
Replaced rotted lower garage side-trim and brickmold, repaired a leaning side gate with rehang and adjustment, and completed garage door trim work for a clean, functional exterior.
Patched a large ceiling drywall opening near an HVAC vent, including cutting back damaged edges, installing backing, and applying tape, bed, sand, and texture to match the surrounding ceiling.
Completed drywall finishing and repair throughout the home, including mudding, sanding, and painting. Also updated bathroom fixtures including a new shower door handle and mounted toilet paper and towel holders.
