Ceiling Drywall Patch and Paint
$990.75We patched a large hole in the ceiling. Then we matched the texture and painted the repair.
Exterior Door Hardware Repair
ContactWe secured the back door and fixed its hardware. The door now opens and closes as it should.
Removed the worn entry threshold and fitted a new transition at the door. Adjusted and sealed the opening so the door closed cleanly against the new edge.
Wall Art Installation
$198.80We hung several framed pieces on tall and standard walls. Each one sits level over the stairs or dining area.
Opened the sofa base and reinforced the damaged internal frame. Reset the spring supports, then reassembled the sofa and checked the seating surface.
Concrete had chipped away at the elevator door. We filled the gap with a new patch. We also cleared old wire and parts from the site.
Bedroom Ceiling Fan Installation
$260.75Removed the old ceiling connection and installed a new ceiling fan in the bedroom. Tested the fan and light after the wiring and trim were secured.
Removed the damaged landing and rebuilt the deck section with pressure-treated framing and boards. Added new posts and railing beside the existing stairs.
We hung a 45-pound, 3-by-4-foot art piece above the fireplace. New wall hardware keeps it centered inside the trim.
The kitchen sink needed a new faucet. We took out the old one and put in a single-handle pull-out faucet.
