Completed projects
Sink, Ladder & Mailbox
$1,638.75Swapped in a new sink and secured the dishwasher to the underside of the countertop for a tight, rattle-free fit. Replaced the pull-down attic ladder in the garage and set a new mailbox post with a matching box, leaving everything plumb and solid.
Replaced the damaged wood under the door threshold and secured it for a solid fit, then painted the repaired section to match the surrounding trim. Checked the door alignment to ensure smooth operation and a clean finish.
Mounted the customer’s overhead garage storage unit to the ceiling, locating joists and setting anchors for a solid hold. Leveled the rack, tightened all hardware, and wrapped up by cleaning up our workspace.
Re-secured loose fence planks and straightened sections so the fence looked solid and presentable. Added a temporary gate latch and took before-and-after photos to confirm the touch-ups met the client’s budget goals.
Picked up a scissor lift and safely remounted the chandelier to the ceiling, securing the canopy and hardware to the junction box. Leveled the fixture, checked for a solid mount with a clean finish, and confirmed it operated as expected.
Adjusted a sticking bathroom door and corrected the back door closer so it shuts properly, then recaulked the sink for a tight seal. Secured patio umbrellas by drilling and fastening the bases, and checked the ice bins for edge damage and made needed touch-ups.
Light Switch and Cabinet Repairs
$353.40Replaced the door light switch button provided by the customer, swapped in a new AC filter, and assembled a vanity chair. Also repaired a cabinet, painted the guest bathroom baseboard, and cleaned and stained the front door for a refreshed look.
Exterior Door Patch
$238.75Filled a small hole on the exterior side of the door and sanded it smooth before applying matching paint. The repair blended cleanly with the rest of the surface for a consistent finish.
Repaired damaged drywall sections on the ceiling and sealed off the work area to control dust. Completed insulation and attic plywood installation to finish the project.
Drywall Patch Repair
$513.25Patched drywall damage in the unit and smoothed the surface for a clean finish. Per the client’s request, we didn’t paint afterward and left it ready for their next steps.
