What did the jobs cost?
Four of the six totals were below $500. The table shows every job in the sample. Where a task was not named, we have kept the description broad.

Why does one job include a membership?
The $251 record combines $140 in labor with a $125 annual membership. A $14 member saving reduced the labor charge to $126. Together, those items make the $251 total.
It would be misleading to call that $251 of repair labor. The membership was a separate part of that purchase. If you are comparing a quote with this example, ask which services and plan charges are in the total.
The $304.25 median is also a whole-job figure. It sits between $262.50 and $346, the two middle totals in this small set.
Was the door adjusted or refinished?
The $262.50 job addressed rubbing at the bottom of an exterior door. The scope used the existing door, frame and hardware. No new materials were charged on that record.
The $1,022.31 job involved much more. It included sanding and staining a wood entry door, a clear sealer, new weather seals and a sweep. It also covered three wall patches with matching texture and paint.
That larger total is not a door-refinishing-only price. For door repair, tell us whether the problem is how the door works, how it seals or how the surface looks. List nearby wall damage as its own task.
What needs work beneath the toilet?
The $631.25 toilet job included replacing a failed flange, the fitting that joins the toilet to the drain. The toilet then had to be set and its connections tested.
Flange work was $350 in labor. Setting the toilet added $175, and materials were $106.25. Ask whether your quote covers only setting the toilet or repairs beneath it as well. Those are different scopes.
