Why is the average so high?
The average was $3,814.76, compared with a $1,429.75 median. The three largest jobs made up about 79% of the total cost for all 14 jobs. They do much more to explain the average than the city name does.

The $9,500 spillway job included digging, grading and laying stone. It also needed a way to route water around the work. The $12,040 record lists patching and sealing a pool surface.
The $20,650 maximum is an hourly project with no clear task description. It stays in the figures, but I wouldn’t use it to estimate any named repair. The record does not support that comparison.
Was $1,540 the price to mount one TV?
No. That job covered nine TVs using the customer’s mounts. Seven were standard size and two were larger. The price allowed for two people to fit each large screen.
A total for that group does not give a flat price for your screen. The number and size of the TVs, the mounts on hand and the wall setup all belong in a TV mounting request. Tell us about each screen instead of just asking for a TV install price.
How much of the faucet price was the new fixture?
The $582.50 wall-mounted faucet job lists $262.50 for labor and $320 for materials. The materials included a new three-piece faucet set. More than half the total was outside the labor charge.
That differs from fitting a faucet you already own. Have the model details ready and show us how the old faucet mounts. A set fixed to the wall needs a different plan from one fixed to the sink.
