Seven of the nine jobs cost less than $250. Two more fell between $500 and $1,000. The median price was $175.

Two loose holders, two different repairs
The $125 job called for tightening an Allen screw on an existing holder. The $189.25 job needed a firm mount with suitable hardware. It also included a wall patch and paint touch-up. That second price also included $33 in supplies.
The difference does not establish a standard charge for wall damage. These are just two jobs. It does show why we ask whether the holder itself is loose or whether its anchors have damaged the wall.
For a quote, tell us what moves. Is it the holder, the mounting plate, or both? If the wall needs work, ask whether patching and painting are included.
The microwave trim was to cover the cut edges
The $246.75 cabinet job enlarged an opening to fit a replacement microwave. The scope covered measuring, cutting and cleaning the opening. The appliance trim was expected to hide the cut edges.
It did not call for new paint or a full cabinet rebuild. If the cut edges will show, say so when you ask for a price. The finish you need affects the work to quote.
The largest job used customer-supplied fixtures
At $743.75, the largest job combined two ceiling fans, a kitchen light and four hardwired smoke/CO detectors. The customer supplied all seven units. Each went in an existing spot with standard hookups.
The total covers the work. It does not include buying seven new fixtures. The fan sizes and tasks differed. Dividing the total by seven would hide that mix.
The $501.25 fascia job also had a useful supply detail. It included repair, prep and a finish coat, but the customer supplied the paint. For exterior repair and painting, check both who buys the paint and who applies it.
