The Role: "Working GM"

This is a hands-on leadership role. We aren't hiring someone to sit behind a desk all day—at least not yet.

Lead by Example in the Field

Initially, you will be completing jobs, setting the quality standard, and showing new hires exactly how we operate.

Build & Manage Your Team

As volume grows, you will help interview, train, and manage new technicians. You build the culture.

Operational Ownership

You'll have eyes on the P&L. Your decisions on efficiency and quality directly impact your profit-sharing checks.

Who We're Looking For

  • 10+ Years Experience: You've seen it all. Drywall, electrical, plumbing, carpentry—you are a master of the trade.
  • Leadership Capability: You communicate clearly, present yourself professionally, and have the patience to teach others.
  • Business Mindset: You understand that efficiency, customer satisfaction, and quality work lead to profitability.
  • Ambition: You aren't looking for a clock-in/clock-out job. You want to build something.
