Removed the damaged drywall near the garage opener and replaced it with a new sheet for a clean, solid finish. Secured a sagging section back into place and patched a wall hole with fresh drywall to restore the area.

Replaced nine damaged ceiling tiles in the commercial suite and inspected the grid for stability. Used a ladder to access hard-to-reach areas and ensured each panel sat flush and secure for a clean finish.

Rehung the cabinet that came down and set it level. Reinforced the other three with proper fasteners so they’re solid and won’t sag.

Serviced three exterior doors by installing weatherstripping and aligning the slabs to stop drafts. Repaired the front door’s striker-side frame, swapped and set the locks (including the garage door), sealed a small hole in the garage door, and finished with a second coat of paint and new door numbers.

Installed two sets of curtains above tall windows, using a long extension ladder to reach safely and set the brackets level. Returned with the proper ladder after the first visit and secured everything cleanly and snug.

Repaired damaged drywall, taped and bedded seams, and matched the wall/ceiling texture so the patches blended in. Caulked cracks and finished with paint per the client’s request, noting spot paint might not be a perfect match.
